The green/yellow/red lights are called db (decibel) meters. Pretty much every mixer ever made has them (except perhaps the very, very early models). That particular make is a Vestax, which are well known among the turntablist folks (DJ's who scratch).

EQ's (equalizers) are usually found on a mixer, but don't light up. 3 little pot switches (knobs), 1 for lows, 1 for mids, and 1 for highs.
