when I was just getting into metal in my teenage years. I've never listened to a record as uch as I have with Dysfunction! maybe with the exception of fear factory's Obsolete and Deftones Around the Fur. Dysfunction has the most beutifully heavy chord progressions. I love how the guitarist doesnt settle for the standard (of that time) drop d simple bar chords. straight up tune that shit to be and throw in some crazy octaves! Home is perfect example.
@ak47powpow, ummm their second major label lp, they have lots of stuff before then nobody knows about, its a lot harder, first major release was tormented, and yes that is fred durst, he kinda helped get them signed like korn helped limp bizkit get signed...good era for post grunge rock music, then came linkin park and it all went to crapola.... with the exception of a few mainstream rock bands like Chevelle, Seether.... all this Rise Against, 30 seconds to mars is crapola fuck linkin park!!!!!
