  • I eat very healthy and cook us healthy meals, but I had to incorporate more exercise. Turning 55 in Sept. makes it tough, but, I am working out and feel a lot better. Yoga and Palities is key at least 4 times a week. Adding weight training and even swiming and walking. Keep moving if you have Arthritis, as I do in the North West Seattle rain. Can't wait to move to a warmer climate this Winter also. Janice

  • They look great! Is this a no carb diet or do you get carbs from veggies only?

  • Seems like it would work. Common sense put into a practical easy to understand methodoloy.  Anyone else use it and does it work for them?
