before you take off, youre leg should be up behind you, and then as you jump you raise youre back leg, and drive youre hips up opening youre chest to the ceiling. at 5 seconds, you should begin to look at the ceiling, and then drive youre hips up. and go from there. if that makes sense.
The one hard thing you would have to work on is looking over your shoulder. In your case it would be looking over your right should when your at the middle of the flip. You should practice easier versions aswell and work your way up to the inverted riaz your tryin here. Im just gettin back into it again after the long winter. Stick with it .
