@DJVespers I produce dub/dubstep - so I definitely wouldn't put it in that group, it's much more "dancy" what you're making. I've heard other glitch hop before but this is very different. Besides yourself, could you give some artists that you listen to or are inspired by? You've inspired me to try this as well =) Furthermore, what resources did you use online to learn about the genre?
@torment3d Big influences are Opiuo, VibeSquad, Ill Gates, Mochipet, and Glitch Mob. As for online resources, a lot of glitch hop is on Addictech for purchase. Also check out the artists Soundcloud pages and Facebook fan pages / Myspace.
@torment3d Ah, yeah I have a tutorial series on it on my channel here. Just search for glitch secrets. Also, there are lots more tutorials on Youtube on glitch. This is the best resource IMO. Cheers!
@DJVespers cheers man. Yeah I've been watching quite a few of your videos, mainly because I think it's cool what you're doing - though I can't help but feel that maybe you're trying to keep your ego in check :P hehe. Will look at this glitch secrets as a starting point - thanks!
@SeanMontie Thanks for the comment mate. That's a matter of opinion and I happen to disagree. In the vid you actually only heard 4 tracks out of a 45 minute set, so hard to make a judgment based on that. I don't vary tempo widely in sets, not necessary IMHO. Taking a brief moment and introducing yourself as an artist and creating relatedness with the crowd is powerful. How else are people going to know who you are?
@DJVespers yeah i understand this is only a portion of your set, my opinion is just based on this portion, and it got boring to me but it also seems it did a bit with the crowd. Just look at their energy level.
Honestly though, you do make some great stuff, I'm not trying to say you suck at all. I guess really, i want to push you to take it a bit further, dig deep, push the boundary. Of course I know this is only my opinion, but if there is one thing i know it's electronic music.
@SeanMontie Fair enough. Luckily my feedback from the people that were there was great. All I can say is I'm completely happy with the experience and I'm making the music that I love. Wouldn't change a thing.
Hahaha the saxophone and the guy going: "Whaaat the fuuuuuck?!"

although great stuff, the songs sounded too similar for the set to remain interesting.
And talking over the set :S
Hate to bag it, just being honest. Add a bit more style and tempo variety, and let the music speak for itself, and then you're on to something. ;)
