If your buttons get stuck take the skinny end of a toothpick put it in the button hole close to the grey spin dial and pry it out with a teeter totter action.

i know how to fix the ultimate omnitrix, mine wasnt working either, everytime that i press the omnitrix it says chromastone! and then i think that the omnitrix would be always the same so i leave it downstairs at christmas and my 7 years old cousin took it and he fixed it and i didnt noticed, idk what he do but he fixed my omnitrix, so the answer is let ur 7 years old cousin with ur omnitrix and whoo :P

Hi do you know how to unlock the Alien X for the ultimate Omnitrix?Cause there is a new ben 10 alien force set,which includes ultimate omnitrix and the other 9 figures which is green instead of transparent and an exclusive alien x for ultimate omnitrix,which is black,total black in coulor.Pretty cool.I din'y bought as i alr had the 9 so no point getting ANOTHER 9,omnitrix,only the colours and alien x that's all.Not worth.
