I think I jumped to a conclusion too - in my mind O.J. was guilty. This is a wake-up call to all of us who instantly lock on to one suspect. And what if the death penalty was at stake here . . . and O.J. had been falsely convicted?

Mr. Dear doesn't address OJ Simpson's wounds, which were clearly visible upon his return from Chicago. When questioned about them, OJ's response was - he didn't remember. Had he only observed the already murdered bodies, how did he sustain injuries consistent with a struggle? Or, could he have injured his hand sneaking back into Rockingham? Either way, Mr. Dear doesn't seem to place adequate importance on this one very key issue. Lastly - what happened to the bag OJ tossed from the limo?

OJ was tough, but old and out of shape and he didn't have skills to defeat someone with martial arts training at the level that Goldman had, Jason did.
