I loved the THALI and the song, it reminds of the typical desi wedding (mehndi day celebrations). Girls bring these thalis to the occasion while singing wedding songs and then there is a song competition between brides and groom's families..oh God its so much FUN..

i love the flower rimming idea, mostly, my family just sprinkles the platter with rose petals at like my cousin's wedding.

However, i feel like the platter looks prettier without the red/ green base. i like how the silver reflects the candle light. XD

but thanks a lot on the tutorial. it was very veryy nice.
