When I load the game, I still end up losing...For some reason, the base isn't visible and I don't see any turrets either. Only some smaller support class buildings, which are light blue (dunno if that means anything).

@Kaltag01 Here are the signs that you didn't copy all the files over correctly: When you try to start the xmas level, you go right back to the main menu. Also, when you go into the xmas level after that, the GUI looks broken, things look broken or missing. The problem is you didn't copy over the prefs file from the dl also. You have to have ALL the files! :D Try that out :)

I know it's probably something with missing files, but I spent a looooong time on this. I redid everything multiple times - deleting the file, downloading it again, extracting it many many times with two different extractors, and I still can't get it to work. All the files do show up (including the prefs file) but it just doesn't work. And after a while, it didn't even ask me to load the saved game any more, so apparently I made it worse.

@TheSoupy77 Follow the instructions exactly again, see if that does it for you. Make sure to copy/paste/replace using the entire download. You need all the files for it to work. Also, turn off cloud saving.

@TheDarkestOne100 The happens when you don't copy over the ENTIRE folder that you downloaded. You have to use the 'prefs' file that's found in the dl as well. Copy/paste/replace everything with the contents of the dl and it should work :)

Here is a easier way for the Mac.

Open Terminal and type "open ~/Library/Application\ Support/.revenge_of_the_titans­_1.80/" and then copy the saves in there.

Just an FYI for Mac OS X Lion users that the Terminal command are actually  'defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowFiles YES' and 'defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowFiles NO'.

Previous versions of OS X I believe use the commands listed in the instructions (TRUE and FALSE).

also to those were there is a glitch were you are not getting the fifth kill achievement just sell the middle turret from the beginning and put a scanner, reloaded etc on the other two. there may be some effort on your part but that's even pushing it. you may need to buy another cannon or two but this ensures the last one doesn't die out of the map
