i hav aprob..

i stay in a colony,,earlier when me my frens played CS 1.6 i could see servers on LAN. BUt now i am unable to see any1 playing in LAN..also i am not able to connect to them through IP address.....plz help

i have a problem..when i press find servers i automaticly connect to a server...above new game there is "cs.fairgame.ro" so i think i connect to this server when i press find servers..how can i solve it?

@GiannhsLY go to C:/Program Files\Counter Strike\cstrike there is a file called config.cfg

go there and dele anything that says e.x: connect 87.34.12.87:27015 then save and close right click in that file select read only and ok

Change the master server ... go to setti.info .. and download master server ... :D

try downloading garena and look for tutorial videos on how to open the game from garena dd a server ip that you like and play

ok idk about the not responding thing because i dont play this game but the lag is you only have 448MB of RAm! upgrade that to 2GB! i have the same computer as you. emachines T3302? get a new video card also. those to will boost gameplay like you wouldnt believe. just keep the games arounf 2GHz and you should be free of lag. you can also buy nicks where the ethernet plugs in..there for gamers and you get better connection. well sorry i couldnt fix your problem.

when you conntec a server yes it can stand like that but this is some stuff you can do mabey wont work but test this

-Copy the ip to the server and go to console in the console write connect: -THE IP-

2:Test click on refersh and test again

3:uninstall and install cs again

u dont need buy i downloaded full cs 1.6 version for free there is almous 60 000 non-steam servers and its fucking no lag and its work fucking fine i have skins and i play yobmie mode sometimes lags if is it big map but its my PC problem but i downloaded and its works fine and i downjloaded the new master server so now i can play trotgh net more than 60 000 servers for free u just need to wait but i think the webpage for the master server is locked so i was maybe last who is downloaded it

Reinstall your counterstrike (You will keep all your maps and everything saved on it)

Then when you re-installed it, type net_graph 3 in console, check how much your FPS is and respond to my YouTube account. If the FPS is under 10 you must change your computer, cause it's worthless.

you should go to servers that are close to you or go to this server it has no ping liimit 208.122.49.51:27015 enjoy alot of laggers there but they never get kiked

Maybe the problem is in your game, what you need to do is Re-Install it and try again, if that doesn't work then you need to keep trying to enter the server, that happens to me alot, and what I do is keep clicking "Join Server" and eventually it will let you trust me. =)

I know something else, it might be because the servers are expired, but they still show on the hosting window, or it's the location, if you change the location on "Change Filters" at the bottom of the hosting window, and change everything to "ALL"- N/A and it will show servers yo can try and go onto, if that doesn't work then I do not know wtf the orib is :(
