It's the game "The Movie", created by Lionhead Studios. You could create movies with a lot of actors and I can tell that the guy who did these vid was really rich ingame.

Get what? The software? Google "steam". I think it is one of their offerings. I don't think you can find the software at retail anymore. You may find it at online shopping sites though. I've had the software for a couple of years so I didn't just purchase it.

It was actually made with "The Movies" game by Lionhead. I'd point you to the site but it crashed a few days ago and they haven't recovered it as yet. The game is available through Steam and there are cheats and hacks to avoid having to play it to make decent movies. There is an active community making mods and such as Lionhead is pretty much done releasing expansion packs or updates.
