I love this song, And I love Roger singing it alone. I usually don't like Roger's voice but it's perfect for this song. I think if anyone else sung it it wouldn't have as much impact as this has or the emotion.

Freddie was always the best and can never be replaced but Roger Taylor has a lovely high tone in this and I was very surprised how well he sings..Brian May sings well too. I don't really like Paul Rogers tho....This is my fave song from Cosmos Rocks CD. All 3 in the group sing it on th CD, a verse each, ...which my 12 year old son told me, coz they sound quite alike on it....

Roger Taylor is a very underrated singer. However I've got to say I still like the old Queen better. They put very much effort making their album back in the day and I just don't believe they do the same as then. And of course Freddie > Roger. But still you can't say this is bad. Roger has always had an incredible voice. Just check out the beginning of Lap Of The Gods the studio version for a sample of his amazingly powerful range. He probably would have done well as a solo artist if he didnt get caught up in the cheesy solo projects back in the 80's and that type of music. His voice is great for pure rock or for acoustic folk style as demonstrated on this video. The man has also held up incredibly well for his age.
