There is no doubt Hayley can sing and she has great vocal range, however her voice is common. Tons of people can sing but have common voices. (Just look at all the common singers on youtube) This is a product of traditional singing lessons. Listen to someone like Leigh Nash to hear a unique, uncommon voice that sets apart great singers from common singers.

@FoxifiedNutjob tone is subjective when it comes to singing though. I don't find hayley's voice common, but i find alot of people that try to imitate her. Her voice is pretty unique , i've never heard anyone that sounds similar in their lows or has a vibrato like hers.
