  • This guy, Nick, knows what he is talking about. He's a trainer for the Baltimore Ravens and those guys are for real. Try the stuff in Nicks videos... you'll see that they work really well.

  • @OSAKONT Look at powerlifters and olympic lifters, they aren't big but they are very fast and powerful lifting more weight than most bodybuilders 50 lbs. heavier. Looks don't mean much unless your goal is bodybuilding. Even then Tudor Bompa is not big at all but KNOWS more than most huge bodybuilders.

  • Conversely, if you bring your hands as far back towards the waist as possible on the pushups, you'll have more of your torso hanging unsupported, thus approaching lifting the whole body straight up off the ground. Also a great way to increase the difficulty.

  • I keep seeing that wild-looking jungle-gym in you videos. It looks like it's for isometrics, but I've never seen one before, so? Got any videos of workouts using that thing?
