アイバンラーメン。昔、日曜の昼の番組で「行列のできるラーメン­屋」と紹介されているのを見て、勢い込んで行きました。

私は塩、彼女は醤油をオーダー、途中で交換しながら、食べてる間­中「これのどの部分が高評価されてるのか？」と、味覚を集中させ­て、必死に美味いポイントを探しながら食べました。

「これだけ人気があるはずなのだから、何か秘密があるはずだ・・­何か・・」

味の評価としては「？？？」でした。

まずくはありません。ですが一杯800円も出して食べたいとは思­えない普通さです。

結局、二人の結論は「外国人がやってる物珍しさだろう」に着地し­ました。

それ以来、行っていません。

この動画を見て、そんな事を思い出しました。

味の傾向に関してプロの視点から

アドバイスしてあげるのならともかく

半ば暖簾わけのように店の名前を冠することを良く許すなと思いま­す。

添加物だけで実際の店の味なんかでませんから。

店の人間の志を疑いたくなります。

六厘舎のコンビニのつけ麺なんかもそうですよ。

I expected him to give this a relatively decent score considering all it comes with. Not saying that alone will make or break it but real meat and various seasoning always wins out over the blander noodle.

The guy on the front is Ivan Orkin who is actually an american chef according to wikipedia. Ivan Ramen is the name of his restaurant in Tokyo. His dishes seem to be well received.
