...the photo before was also photoshopped. and megan actually didn't has green eyes.
so if you overdo it like you did so that everyone can tell"thats photoshopped" or leave the already photoshopped picture..there's no big difference. at least megan fox also is complete retouched in real life with plastic surgery, so when she gets painted for a few hours by makeup artists and then retouched by pros...how could that look bad at the end?
he funny this is she was so pretty b4 but when you did the close up, it showed all the natural imperfections in her face but yeah you did improve her to that type of beauty that she might be able to achieve with make up or if she moisterizes haha
I really like this one! You actually made her look really good without over doing it too much. My only thing is i wouldnt have changed the size of the nose, because then it really isnt her anymore
You've did a very good job, except that very few things that bug me, the first is that you didn't have to make her nose so small, and you also didn't have to blur her skin this much, otherwise I think you've done a fantastic job in changing her skin-tones.
The nose was fine before the editing. From a technical pov this is a good work, but otherwise you have to be careful when altering people's faces, this woman is a person not an object.
@TheGreenRaindrop That's a good point. It's easy to forget that they don't just airbrush skin, they photoshop eyes, the nose, the lips, all sorts. It's one thing to do that to imaginary people - superheroes, immortal elves, and the such-like - but to do that to real people and advertise it as an aspiration ... What a piss take! Not even the people telling us to aspire to this image look like this.
@EllenRebecca3 Heh... what a funny thing I'm a soon-to-be-officially graphics designer ;D I believe it's just the fact that people are continuously becoming less intelligent (not all, of course, but the large %). Partly it's the evolution, partly the conscious act to make the sheeps eat the grass the systems feeds them with.
@TheGreenRaindrop Er - I meant in the sense that I think independantly rather than go with the herd, but I guess what you said could be a metaphor for something too. lol :-D
I made a soft selection of the Nose then used transform/warp to reshape and refined it using liquify.
To clone hair I copy pieces of intact hair, transform it(warp/liquify) and maybe adjust brightness so it fits the new spot and mask the edges to get good transitions.
On a sidenote I just uploaded a second retouch feel free to check it out :p
where u find the image?

You should have left the nose alone.

Great skills but the nose reshaping is too much and no longer suits the rest of her face.

FAIL! Why the hell you liquified her nose?! It was perfect and you ruined the image.

I like it except for the structural changes to the face. The nose especially looks overdone - like a bad nosejob.

The nose was too small by the end and she was stunning before the changes, which proves a good point: Women look better natural than fake. :-)

@EllenRebecca3
So... you think she was not already photoshopped at the very beginning? (; So much for naturality.
Although I do agree about the saying itself :)

why did u mess with the nose? it was perfect before u make it into a michael jackson! other than that it's good..
sibyleyes 2 years ago
True, it looks not natural.
Adler36 2 years ago
the nose looks kinda weird and pointy, but the eyes are good even though that's easy and the skin darkening

How did you do the nose?
Like any time I've attempted to photoshop a nose, the shadows make it look like a mad Michael Jackson impersonation.
And the hair! How?!?!?
That was impressive.

"My Attempt at a digital retouch using Adobe Photoshop CS3"
Indeed, an attempt, because the result looks fake and plastic, most definitely "Photoshopped".
