I was on the Der Riese zombie map (COD WaW) last night. One of the other 3 guys in the lobby was a modder. He then "sent me to jail". This mod takes all of your weapons from you and traps you in a room outside the map. I wasn't to concerned so I just backed out of the map.

Then I went to the barracks to check my stats.

I was on my 29 level of first prestige but I was pushed back to level one.

But the real kicker is that I'm now -2,147,483,647 xp.

That's -2 BILLION!

This just happened to me :( but I fixed it. First, turn off your xbox. Then turn it back on and recover your account. It gave me everything back :)

dude.... omg this happened to my friend and when he cussed at them they somehow demoted him to zero... he had no custom classes, default classes, or anything at all. He called microsoft about it, but they didnt believe him no matter how much he told them... he was even wiped off te leaderboards so he went to play forza for a long time.... Its so sad how these fuckers have to be dicks and ruin all that hard work. (Btw, my friend was a legit tenth prestige level 70)

Oh, As for the PS3 there is a prestige selector hack, which makes it so you pick which prestige you want instead of leveling, nothing widespread and "deadly" as you people call it...it won't wipe out your hard earned xp...from domo boosting...haha....Good luck and hard leveling ahead

You have this wrong, The negitive xp affects everyone in the match...not just the ones who kill the hackers, As for patches, MW2 has yet to say anything about it, My personal experience with JTAG, its unpatchable, however, you get banned within 24 hours of hosting a match on live, Suck it up and drive on rangers

The bad thing about this is that If you have -5million xp and youre lvl 1 then you dont get match bonus so youre pretty much never gonna get out of lvl 1.

MW2 is whack, released to early, its like they didnt even took their time to test it, first the javelin glitch, then the infinite ammo, care package/knife glitch, unlimited care package, nuke boosting, over powered guns(model 1887 anyone), whole fucking xp boosting lobby's, the map design sucks, the respawn points are retarded, getting spawnkilled is frequent and it just sux balls.
