Go and get all the hammond organs out there. Because everytime someone uses it it's a rip off because it has already been used. Just in a different composition. Or can we not use compositions anymore too?! Because when you look at it, if re-use of samples is prohibited, then pop music with the standard build-up must all go away. Just more of the same usage of compostion, which leads to a certain vibe/groove. Just as the samples do.
