Don't you feel alittle better posting a vlog? I know we really don't know each other but i feel like you are a friend!!! this time of the year SUCKS!!! even if you have other stuff going on this time some how makes it worse i think.I lost the love of my life almost 10 years ago we were together 15 years he died when he was 44years old and i was 35 and it STILL HURTS!!! so i know about DARK DAYS!! and around this time it hurts bad!! looks like alot of people care about you on here so talk to us!

There was a point where i clicked to watch your videos before the shaytards and the ctfxc's videos. I don't know if you made this video because you thought we were dissapointed that you stopped making them or what, but now i'm satisfied, deal with your own stuff first, then think about us haha
I realized I needed to go to talk to someone professionally this year too. What I realized is that sometimes the inner voice I have that I rationalize as well isn't always the best voice to listen to. Having an impartial person to talk to is SOOOO helpful! Good luck on your journey and I hope you find your happiness again!

Hey man I'm somewhat depressed as well, it might have to do with the fact that I just graduated high school and have no idea what the hell I want to study. It's all good though keep your head up.

From someone who is going through a depression,I could tell you were a little off.For me, its the fact that I'm almost 40 and Im not where I expected to be at this point in my life.Ive been laid off 3 times in 5 years and now Im having to reinvent myself.As you know I have 4 kids.
I have noticed that more and more people in my circle are also suffering with depression and anxiety about the future.My answer was to go back to college.Im at ACCC right now and you know what,it has rejuvenated me
i am really glad your reaching out,life has been good but really rough,i have a friend who has helped me turn my life around,and let me tell you,never thought that could happen,been through,scary,upsetting moderet depressing things recently,i learned i have to believe in my,my friend helped me see it diffrently,people only see me away from my situation, i am like you where its the out side stuff away from what people know, heck i think we could spend hours talking,email me any time :)
when i seen this video pop up i thought...whoa, there is a cat i aint seen in awhile. life sucks bro....for everyone. seems like all the good tubers are either quiting youtube or turning into punk bitches. i need this....its my theropy!
waiting tables may not be much of a career path, but honestly, i had so much fun doing it, i was good at it, and when i went home, i got to leave my job at my job. i didn't stress about it when i got home. about 3 years ago, i dropped my basket and was so depressed, i couldn't even go to work. i got help and it's the best thing i did. i hope you get better. professional help is great, just make sure it's the right therapist for you.
I've been feeling really down too. I think the cause of mine is relationship withdrawal. The loneliness is killing me, even though I haven't been contempt with any of the relationships I've had. And I've wanted to be with this girl so badly for the past few years. Ok I'm gonna stop before I get too far.
good stuff shawn, its great to see another video from you. I cant say "i know what youre going through" because ive never been really depressed, but ive never been truly content either. I dont think you can ever really be COMPLETLY content, and accepting that and being happy that you have what you have helps. A roof over your head, your health (as far as i know), someone to share this experience with, and a great daughter.... sounds good to me.
i just wanted to say that 1, you are not a failure and 2. from the very begining i could tell you were not feeling great even through your smiles-- i am the same way...sometimes i just feel like shouting SERIOUSLY! im not happy!! in highschool i saw professional help all 4 years and it made me a bettter person today for my husband and most important- myself. best of luck shawn :)
Shawn your not a failure, Sometimes we get in these little suckie times. When I get sad I talk to my friends or play video games lol..Your cool beans in my eyes shawn and plus u got a kick ass girl friend lauren lol. SMILES SHAWN
