I think the creator just wanted us to pick our favorite the winner but determining the winner is up for grabs depending on what Yami draws next since Yami used a trap card to resurrect Slifer on Jaden's turn which meant Slifer would only stay on the field for one turn because of its effect. However, we don't know if the end of this scene if Jaden is actually declaring an attack but most likely he's just ending his turn which then means Yami better draw something good because his hand is terrible

@TairyMrHesticles the Yugi from Present in GX went Jaden into the past, where Atem exist. If you know, the God cards are go with the Pharao in the Shadow Room, so it's oblivious that Jaden went in the timeline, where the Pharao still exist.
@7ofSpade Jaden had advantage by this point. Yugi's hand was Magical Hats + several high level monsters he can't summon easily + Kuriboh. His field would be empty by end phase since Osiris would need to return to grave. Jaden on the other hand had Winged Kuriboh in hand, plus a full field of monsters including Shining Flare Wingman at 4300 ATK.
The duel really could have gone either way, regardless.

Now, to be perfectly fair, Judai never said 'attack,' just 'let's go.' In my opinion, this is hardly where it ends. If anything, it's where it begins, and Neos approaching Osiris looks more to me like a set-up for the dramatic portrait than an actual attack.
Though popular opinion says 'it's obvious Yuugi won,' I say differently. I find that the intention of this open-ended conclusion was to leave the ending to the viewers' imagination.

@DarkheartZero Well, remember that Yuugi did special summon Osiris. And part of the Egyptian Gods' effects is that they're sent to the graveyeard at the end of the turn they're special summoned. Though it would be cooler and more climactic for Judai to defeat Osiris, that doesn't necessarily need to be the case.

i always mistook slifer's big tooth when neos is attacking him as a water sweat thingy that happens on most anime characters e_e its like slifer is going Hey neos...wtf u doing?
The reason Jaden would have won was because he used Contact Out or something on Magma Neos. In short, he had Grand Mole on the field and it was still his battle phase. You get the picture.

@TheKagash No, because 1: Slifer has 5000atk and Jaden/Judai's strongest monster on the field has 4300. Alot of people says he has Honest in his hand, but no. If you watch the episode look closely at jaden's hand at part two: all spells and Winged Kuriboh is in his hand. Besides, jaden has no facedowns, the next turn Yami would draw a new card increasing slifer's atk to 6000.

I look at the ending as something like that. Rather then go down on Yugi's turn, he wanted to go down on his own terms.

@DarkheartZero That would kinda make sense, but it felt more to me like this duel was just beginning from here than coming to an end. My take is that there's a lot more that happened between this scene and Judai's bit in the desert.

I think even if slifer return to the graveyard the end of that turn Yugi always draw the correct card at the correct moment to a give any duel a masive turn around but who knows anybody cold have win

I think Yugi must have won coz if he didn't that would just contradict the entire story for the original Yugioh, plus if he lost he would have to hand his title over to Judai and it said at the beginning of bonds beyond that Judai never made the honour level so I think Yugi probably won, but hey, that just what I think :) (dnt get me wrong btw, I'm a huge fan of the original Yugioh and GX :) not saying Yugi won jus coz he's ma favourite, Judai is also awesome :D )

The reason Jaden would have won was because he used Contact Out or something on Magma Neos. In short, he had Grand Mole on the field and it was still his battle phase. You get the picture.

@TheKagash No, because 1: Slifer has 5000atk and Jaden/Judai's strongest monster on the field has 4300. Alot of people says he has Honest in his hand, but no. If you watch the episode look closely at jaden's hand at part two: all spells and Winged Kuriboh is in his hand. Besides, jaden has no facedowns, the next turn Yami would draw a new card increasing slifer's atk to 6000.
