I play flute, and maybe I can start alto sax in a few months when our director isn't so busy.

Been playing for about a year and a half now; I'm one of the lesser-experienced players, but the middle school director, who gave us this piece, said my friend and I were her favorite band students, and that the woodwinds of 2012 were the best she's ever had.

Wish I was still in middle school. She was my favorite teacher.

The kids were wonderful, but what's up with that disrespectful and horrid arrangement of the anthem of one of our closest allies? The HaTikvah was never meant to sound like something from "Fiddler on the Roof".
