Is there an existing arduino board that can cater for having enough power supply to the servos and bluetooth connection without needing another shield ? Thanks.
I would think instead of using the mousewheel, just use the optical input again for swiftness (so instead of rightclick plus mousewheel, rightclick plus mouse motion), you could still use the wheel for precision but using it for all operations on the hand slow operation of the arm significantly, but the project does look promising.

if you adjusted the ratio of input to output this would be fantastic

use a numeric keyboard instead of mouse :) buttons are greater too instead of moving the mouse 1000 times to change the position of the arm

Amazing! I am currently drawing my own arm, can't wait for it to be finished enough to do the first testing.
