And I also believe it mentions that since every species has hundreds if not thousand different languages, it is really difficult for someone who travels all over the galaxy and deals with numerous different species and races to learn all their languages. This "qwib qwib" thing is just something that Bioware's writers made up to be internal to the Quarians' language, so it doesn't really mean anything. The joke is that if you do investigate why they are so embarassed by it, Koris comes up with names that would sound hysterical to us (namely Vas Ictomi and Vas Defrauns).

Damn I only played Dragon Age Origins, but seeing that sci-fi is my fav I should have played this. I mean, when I saw the trailers and shit, I was in a phase where all video games are redundant, boring, and I am just ready to move on. I mean it looked like some shooter game.

I am a big, big sci fi fan but didn't consider giving this game a try until 1-2 weeks ago (I guess I was put off by the preconception that it was only another cheap Gears of War ripoff).
