  • its all good till it starts going wrong then it cost a bomb to fix, just stick to old stuff IT WORKS FINE !

  • this is an evolution in mobile cranes.

  • i know if might not... but i hope it gets built!

  • nice work

  • how does it deatach fro thr stering colum

  • @superBrando555 its all electrical

  • muy buen diseño, se ahoran la cabina de la grua la cual es la misma para ambas modalidades, me gusta la idea de cabina alta muchas veces se trabaja encerrado y no se logra ver a donde estas recogiendo la carga

  • That is really cool!

  • you just build the worlds most coolest crane that i have ever heard of! :D:D

  • SWING THE JIB AND SCOPE OUT THE BOOM

  • what a cool!

  • its nice,but..non prakitc;)

  • @POLANDcrane how is it not practical?

  • @G1McK small place inside.....

  • @POLANDcrane So? you only need oneman to operate a crane like that, that is enough room for one man

  • @G1McK hahahahaha only1 place to operate? hahahaha....this is horror,not work...

  • @POLANDcrane Yeah, a crane like that could be operated by one person... And you think its horror? i can see this being the future of mobile cranes

  • ok this project its really nice, but do you now what is it ,,claustrophobia,,;);)

sorry for my inglish, crane cab is only one person, but operate cran e ,and drive in one cab????hmmmm it,s not comfortible....;)pozdro;)

  • new CKD ad800 ?????

  • uauuuu kuesta si che è un autogru..........

  • Great idea with this cap, Later this year Liebherr launch a new LTC 1045-3.1,

    Same idea.

  • now thats somethin i wouldnt mind getin my hands on and i dont normally like runing cranes im a gradall man but thats cool

  • there is one little problem I don't see the driving wheel :)))

  • hi chep,

    bingo,,,

    no steering wheel

  • @chepilko

There isn't one! Read the description. Its steered by joystick.

  • @chepilko may be it is steering with a joystick or something

  • Wow , that's really clever :P

  • Nice idea of the crane, but anyone knows the name of the music theme in this vid ??

  • not sure bout the name but it was in the movie kill bill

  • yes killlbill asountrack

  • nice mobile crane man!!!

  • get it art

  • Nice, now i got to convince my boss to do a trade in?

  • awesome video, and the music.

    nicely done

  • WOW that is wounderfull !! And in the Liebherr colours :D I hope to see such a crane on the street soon it is awesome !

  • can crane move from setup to setup from the upper position?

  • If I remember correctly Liebherr is planning to make a crane like this one.

  • Very good concept you have. I like the way the cab can raise up, it's like the mobile tower cranes of Liebherr with cabs that can be raised or lowered up and down the tower. Crane design is always moving, just look at the LTM 11200-9.1, 1200 tons lifting capacity! So some of your ideas may be realised one day, I would certainly try and patent it.

  • not the hydraulics the wiring good luck with it!!

  • yes every operators dream, but has im going to break down written all over it,to much to go wrong, all them hydralics,

  • come with a R/C system

  • very good idea and stuff

but companies won pay extra money for the opertater confortable :(

  • Very innovative idea, i have seen cranes where the cabs are combined, but never as clever made as this.

Any chance of seeing it for ROR?

  • I don't care what some of the other comments are. This concept would be safer and more productive than a fixed, conventional cab. I wish I had it on my crane!!! Make a 40 ton unit with a 112' boom and the tree industry would love you.

  • Well done ! Top 3D-Work and excellent Soundclip too. (Bonzo is still drumming) ;-))

  • pointless and very dangerous modifications

  • Im an operator. Here in Canada and in most places you need to have a fixed mechanical steering linkage as a backup. Very cool crane though-and perfect music! In Ontario-where I live-getting your full crane license is a 6000 hour apprenticeship. 20 weeks of school and 4 exams. Must work, lowest accident rate in the world. I takes about 4 years.

  • anyone here a crane operator ?

  • me, I am a certified crane operator,

  • what is the days like, i was thinking about becoming a crane operator

  • It is hurry up and wait all day long.

  • sometimes very intense, then days wihtout moving to nowhere no job is like another, one day you could be unloading heavy equipment, the next day setting up cell towers, then unloading a magnetic resonance machien etc etc

  • To me it seems like a fun job , not all ways stuck in one spot all the time job changes..... i like the sound of it

  • this looks cool :P

  • I say... start designing the first Transformer :P

    This thing is cool!

  • That is a very impressive concept that is rendered very well. What design school did you attend?

  • Thanks. I have attended industrial design on Brno University of Technology in Czech Republic. See link at description of crane

  • @Aveox333 this is very cool man this is really the Future!!

  • I can see this crane being built. Great idea. Thinking outside the box.

  • cool idea, but on this crane theres more electronics to go wrong so it would probably be in the garage most of the time.

  • well with modern multisignal carriers, is less wiring to worry about, much like computer pheriperials

  • parabens pela ideia

    genio

    abraço

  • very very nice but show us how it can lift something up to 80 tons , and some other details =P

  • I really like the concept. And the design is very nice as well. Clever thinking :)

  • Moc hezký! :)

  • Moveable cab!! Now that's thinkin' outside the box!!!

  • have u patented this

  • no I haven´t. It is not so easy to hold industrial patent.

  • i saw this in cranes today

  • Could you tell me if it was on web page or printed magazine or which issue? Thanx

  • Nice conception! :D

  • amazing

  • wow have you designed this yourself? and whats the song?

  • Yes I designed this thing myself. The song is Tomoyasu Hotei - Battle without honor or humanity

  • ok, and btw, the model is sooo cool, very nice concept, and i really wish you could send this concept to a real crane manufacture like liebherr or something, because it looks really nice, and if it is going to be made in real it could be exhibited in bauma 2010 or something :)

  • I have sent it to Demag but I dont think they would realise the idea. It is not so easy to change completely the conventional cranes.

  • thats bad, it looks nice, very nice

  • maybe you could make one that looks like this, but i bit bigger for heavy lifting :)

  • is this a toy or a real thing

  • i dont get the point of this crane other than a feeble attempt at a futuristic looking machine. what is wrong with having one stationary cab located on the crane body? and in case of a hydraulic failure or fire while the cab is in the air how is the operator supposed to get out?

  • i think those hydralic cylinders that holds up the cab have extra mechanical valves to let out the pressure in case of failure

  • There is only one 1/20 scale model. It won´t be produced. It´s a diploma thesis.

  • There is only one 1/20 scale model. It won´t be produced. It´s a diploma thesis.

  • Thats good when a model comes out can I hbuy one

  • Ciekawe, ciekawe nie powiem 5/5
