muy buen diseño, se ahoran la cabina de la grua la cual es la misma para ambas modalidades, me gusta la idea de cabina alta muchas veces se trabaja encerrado y no se logra ver a donde estas recogiendo la carga
Free energy technology exists! But the powerfull Oil business won't alow common ppl to know this,if you want a real Free energy Magnet Motor, get the blueprints at LT-MAGNET-MOTORdotCOM ,The revolution begins!
Very good concept you have. I like the way the cab can raise up, it's like the mobile tower cranes of Liebherr with cabs that can be raised or lowered up and down the tower. Crane design is always moving, just look at the LTM 11200-9.1, 1200 tons lifting capacity! So some of your ideas may be realised one day, I would certainly try and patent it.
I don't care what some of the other comments are. This concept would be safer and more productive than a fixed, conventional cab. I wish I had it on my crane!!! Make a 40 ton unit with a 112' boom and the tree industry would love you.
Im an operator. Here in Canada and in most places you need to have a fixed mechanical steering linkage as a backup. Very cool crane though-and perfect music! In Ontario-where I live-getting your full crane license is a 6000 hour apprenticeship. 20 weeks of school and 4 exams. Must work, lowest accident rate in the world. I takes about 4 years.
sometimes very intense, then days wihtout moving to nowhere no job is like another, one day you could be unloading heavy equipment, the next day setting up cell towers, then unloading a magnetic resonance machien etc etc
ok, and btw, the model is sooo cool, very nice concept, and i really wish you could send this concept to a real crane manufacture like liebherr or something, because it looks really nice, and if it is going to be made in real it could be exhibited in bauma 2010 or something :)
i dont get the point of this crane other than a feeble attempt at a futuristic looking machine. what is wrong with having one stationary cab located on the crane body? and in case of a hydraulic failure or fire while the cab is in the air how is the operator supposed to get out?
its all good till it starts going wrong then it cost a bomb to fix, just stick to old stuff IT WORKS FINE !

cool idea, but on this crane theres more electronics to go wrong so it would probably be in the garage most of the time.

well with modern multisignal carriers, is less wiring to worry about, much like computer pheriperials

I have sent it to Demag but I dont think they would realise the idea. It is not so easy to change completely the conventional cranes.
Aveox333 3 years ago
thats bad, it looks nice, very nice
5up3rAIN002 3 years ago
maybe you could make one that looks like this, but i bit bigger for heavy lifting :)

BigOldLesbian 3 years ago
i think those hydralic cylinders that holds up the cab have extra mechanical valves to let out the pressure in case of failure
5up3rAIN002 3 years ago
There is only one 1/20 scale model. It won´t be produced. It´s a diploma thesis.
