  • Hey you use the same Caboose that I use on my Big Boy

  • how much is that

  • Cool video... great job.. keep up the great work... thanks for sharing...

  • what turn radius do you use

  • 0-72 is the minimum and I have 0-80 and larger with flex track.

  • so you use MTh scaletrax I use Fast tracK by Lionel not abig MTH fan myself do you want to enter my quilling whistle/horn contests need to know now

  • Very nice. Does that one have a "city horn"?

  • No it doesn't

  • @csxal I wish

  • Who makes the stuff in your scrap yard scene?

  • Lots of odds and ends found around the house.

  • I check out your webpage. Nice layout. I would love to see that UP 4-8-4 go over the whole layout.

  • wow, everyone uses megasteam smoke fluid!

  • How is the layout coming along?

  • I haven't had a lot of time as of late to work on it. I have been busy finishing up my demo 34" turntable for Oct. York. Everything is coming together nicely and should be ready for orders by late summer.

Thanks for asking. P.S. the video you asked about yesterday was supposed to be private, for work.

  • Hey nice vid. One thing I got to say though, you have the wrong caboose. I have the all red caboose which they made in 1942 and then in 1947 UP started painting all their cabooses yellow. Check out my vid: " model trains big boy 4015 & challengers" and look at my caboose. It's not proto-typical I painted the all the hand rails white and it really came out nice. All red cabooses of this type are hard to find, but if you get one you'll be happy not too many people have them.

  • What kind of smoke fluid do you use?

  • Megasteam

  • whats the minimum curve on that locomotive?

  • 0-72

  • AWSOME video!!! Great action, and scenery

    mustangmangz

  • does it operate on a 36 diameter curve?

  • is it premier or railking? or lionel?

  • It is a Lionel JLC series with Legacy Command control. It is 1:48 scale and measures 31" long.

  • really nice, again that close up really brought out the detail

  • Is 1:48 the big "O Scale"?

  • love the close up

  • little tight curve eh

  • A couple of spots. Didn't know that until I got 4023

  • This girl deserves more straight-aways.

  • She'll get more straight-aways once I get my second level track wired up.

  • great work. nice layout and video work would love to see the whole layout! nice looking scenery and details

  • Awesome!!! It's great to see all the different Lionel big boy videos out here.
