i was scuba diving in the keys and got bit by a baby tarpon (dont kno how but it happened lol) my reg came out of my mouth and i was like pretty scared but i knew wat to do :)
scuba diving sounds like fun :) but just recently my assistant soccer coach went snorkeling by himself and drowned.. so i'm a little afraid of what scuba diving is like.
You shouldn't dive or snorkel alone, you should use the buddy system. SCUBA diving is about as safe as bowling if you are trained properly and follow the rules. Don't judge it until you try it!
We get bit by damsels all the time, they are like 4 inches long but they still hurt a bit, they'll come out and bit your hair and stuff, sometimes I'll turn around and pop the punk with my pole spear.
