it would be possible hardware wise thats what kojima said and the only reason that mgs4 uses up so much space is that it has uncompressed audio.

for example

Resident evil 1 on PS1= 2 CDs (1.400 MByte)

Resident evil 1 on NDS= 1 Card (128 MByte)

he's saying that there is around 55GB worth of content on teh mgs4 disc, so it really requires blu-ray. The game needs to install on the console to run smoothly too. Seeing as it cant be guaranteed tthat the 360 has hard drives, it just wouldnt make sense to release it on such a console. Also, the game would have to be toned down in every aspect, due to the 360's inferior hardware...

Blu-ray can only hold 50Gigs, most of the data of mgs 4 is uncompressed so the 360 would only need 2 disks at the very most, it's just a case of Kojima wants the 360 to have it or not.

ps3's graphics and processor are comparable to 360's, therefore any arguments that the 360 can't support it are automatically scrapped. OMG BLURAY THO NUB!!! right? wrong. the blu ray's reading speed is extremely slow (for gaming especially), so most of that extra space is just copies of previous files so the laser is reading faster. but of course, sony boys never consider that important factor. regardless they stated ps3 exclussive, so there is a good chance it will be, but you never know

ps3 processor is nowhere near the 360's processor, their architecture is completely different, thats why when devs port games over from the 360 to the ps3 it looks and plays like the back of my balls. the read speed is slower thats why sony made the install feature on the ps3, i played uncharted wich had like a 5 min install, and had no load screens.
