  • 2200°C = 3992°F, for Propane/Oxygen

    2927°C = 5300°F, for MAPP Gas/Oxygen

    2700°C = 4892°F, for Acetylene/Oxygen

    3200°C = 5792°F, for Hydrogen/Oxygen

When dealing with temps like what Hydrogen kicks out, you really gotta know what you're doing. That 1.5 in. line is fried to a crisp... Dealing with copper, you don't need no rod. Get some scrap wire and you're good to go.

  • can you tell me where to buy this thing ??? any contact would be nice .

    thanks .

  • @ legogunguy ur absolutely right I just took a quick look and didn't really see. I apologize. Pretty interesting that hho gas can reach those temps. thanx for the post and the enlightenment.

  • Please learn how to solder, youve blackened the pipe, from BURNING THE CRAP OUT OF THE METAL, JUST KEEP THE TORCH about an inch and a half AWAY FROM THE COPPER. I know hydrogen gas is the best, but that was a bad video, better not to put one than have some fool burn his house down. SOLDERING ISN'T WELDING.

  • @ONLOOKERHOOKER This is brazing which needs a higher temperature to melt the rod, soldering you can do with a propane torch.

  • What kind of filler rod is that? Nice video, thanks.
