  • The barrel is really interesting,i didn't see any thin like this before, am thinking is it better than lothar walther barrels ???

  • Very nice gun,but i doubt if it could stand up to the British weather with everything exposed like that.

  • @stantheman272 It is interesting you bring that up, since the gun was developed in California (much drier than the UK). I don't know if it actually would stand up to your rainy climate - I just think it is interesting how culture and climate can affect design. ted.

  • the link does not work :(

  • dam that looks beast!

  • how many pumps does it take to fill it up from empy

  • @justliketolook Its "precharged": meaning its filled each time from some source, like an air tank or compressor. This gives you from 10-40 shots (estimate)

  • What happened to the fly hunting segment Ted?? Busy busy, but that would have been fun watch I think. Used to shoot flies with elastic guns during my youth. Using an air rifle is something I'd really like to see. Ok, I won't hold my breath, busy guy. :) Keep up the good work.

  • thats a nice gun. a really nice gun

  • look like m200

  • Че за хрень, чье производство, бренд???

  • Have you even considered just using a .22lr rim fire rifle with subsonic rounds? It would eliminate having to goof around with tanks and whatnot..

  • @modwickman but it would damage the farm equipment he picks the birds off of

  • looks like a cartoon gun haha

  • BRUTAL gun

  • i've never seena gun with a pressure gage how many are like this under 100$ or around that

  • the fps of this gun?

  • what old lady did u teal the oxygen tank from ... jk :D

  • hey dont worry about them PETA guys too much. keep up the good work dude.

  • Competition rifle? never seen one like this before

Liked the review ...what a bizzare gun

  • i thot the edgun was his or is it now

  • That thing is light years ahead of any thing that I have seen so far on youtube. There are some nice custom made air guns but this is a whole new level. :)

  • dear dislikers look at the dilikes now look at your dick

  • i love that rifle

  • i have one of those.. it's amazing. my uncle bought it for me

  • i know this is a amazing gun but id rather have a durable gun with barely anything exposed

  • @techn9nefinn I agree completely. If I am going to own only one gun - this is not it. This gun, however, belongs to a lucky S.O.B who owns over 20 high-end rifles. ;)

  • @EdgunUSA yeah i guess so :D

  • @techn9nefinn

The MAC is a BR target rifle and in the top 2 or 3 available for that purpose so no it isn't the best choice for someone that wants an all around air rifle. For the shooter that can afford to own a few air rifles this is a great addition to their stable like guy with 5 vehicles in their garage say a F350 diesel, a ferrari, a mustang cobra, a vette, a viper and a tractor all have their strong points, like the viper is great in the 1/4 mile but I'll take the F350 in the snow :)

  • Sick.

  • Watch it...I'm starting PETF...People for the ethical treatment of Flies. I plan on making millions on donations. So please shoot those flies so I can prove that flies are mis treated and we need to protect them from the vicious fly killers.

  • That thing is SIC!

  • Damn... very nice gun and great shooting.

  • Hi you said the right way to load this gun , first cock it,then load the pellet

But while group shooting you load the pellet then cock it ? The first recipe is still the right one right ?

Btw 2lands barrel ? wow it was nice

  • I thought I have seen more or less most of the best air rifles on the market. I see a whole room full of these great airguns.

  • im guessing your friend is ambidextrous like me

  • @CraziMEXICAN96 He's a lefty. All his guns are ambi or lefty.

  • @EdgunUSA yea me to but i find the bolt kind of awkward on the left side

  • @CraziMEXICAN96 Good point - I hadn't thought of that.

  • You know Tony did a take on the new Cometa Lynx pcp, wow the review looked pretty good! Everyone was uneasy and so anxious because of the delay right, well after all this company is a family, has around twenty workers it seems they took care of product before rushing out a bad one. Anyway I've commented on this video already as you know, but just thought I'd ask for your opinion on the Cometa Lynx, you would be the perfect one to do the in depth review, as you always do. would you?

  • @leftymadrid I would LOVE to review the Lynx. We in the US have been waiting and waiting for the gun. If Cometa wanted to send me one for review, I would be VERY HAPPY to show it to the world. ted.

  • WHAT DID THAT COST YOU??????? Thats crazyly amazing!

  • @TheWildBunny69 I think those guns go for around $2200. It's not mine, though. I'm just lucky to have buddies with lots of toys. :)

  • OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Awesome

  • Your Awesome.

  • Excellent Talked to Tim bout' three weeks ago on the USFT saw it 1st. he showed it to me while I was there buying some things, and he was telling me he got 2nd. in some shooting championship! I will tell you he is all about perfection!! And by the way the two land stainless steel barrel is incredible! Thanks again for your cool vid's, we all learn a lot from you keep the great vid's a comin' take care and happy hunting!

  • @leftymadrid Thanks, lefty. I still feel like I didn't do the gun justice in this video. But, time was limited. This was better than nothing, but I would still like the opportunity to return to this gun and really wring it out.

  • i always thought that pcp guns are ugly

  • Maybe sooner they will make one that looks the same but compact and tactical.. I like the looks of it.. The word frankenstein really makes that air rifle a beast. Too hot to handle indeed

  • @cyrilechua They have. :) It uses a bottle instead of the air tube, and has a shortened barrel. It weighs considerably less, and comes in at around 32" total.

  • @EdgunUSA

Whats the name of the shorter one?

And where can we buy these?

  • o mg i am in love i have butterfly s .....it could be that egg salad sandwich i had from that vending machine..... Na defiantly that mac 1 how much

  • DAWN... looks like a WA2000

  • wheres the fly shooting vid!!!!! Ive been waiting patiently!!!! haha will anonymous pete be competing

  • wow as a kid getting my first pelet gun i would dream of a rifle that can reach out that far on. and the bb guns i seen were nothing like the ones iv seen in ur vidz. and now that im 21 i just went out and bought a ruger 1022.

  • @1990prodigy Same goes for me. The technology has come so far since we were kiddos.

  • whats the scope?

  • why do you prefer PCP to break barrel spring rifles or multi pump?

  • no offense, but this gun looks like a Frankenstein! nothing really matches, it's stock looks awkward, and the tank is longer than the barrel!

  • @xeeweexRC :) - no offense taken. This thing is built for one thing - accuracy. I agree, it won't be winning any beauty pageants. And I sure as heck would not lug this thing into the woods. It is a field target gun (mainly benchrest) above all else.

  • @EdgunUSA lol it's what gets the job done, i guess it would be extremely accurate, and it looks kinda heavy, so i'd assume it is normally mounted with bipod or benchrested when shot. how much did it cost you?

  • @xeeweexRC It didn't cost me anything (not my gun - haha). But, it cost the owner around $2200.

  • @EdgunUSA 2200 dude you can buy a real gun

  • i cant wait till the fly shooting competetion and great vid

  • nice gun i like this

  • id really like to see what the 2 lands are like with .22lr for comp shooting

  • Very interesting looking air rilfe...Never seen anything like it...

  • this gun is simply beautiful

it has a look of pure accuracy

but has the power of a pure hunter

  • u filmed a camera that was filming a scope

  • lol sweet man! i used to have a bb gun i shot flys bees and ants with!!!

  • great piece of rifle !! thanks for showing mate !!

  • heaven forbid if you swallow a dozen amoeba during lunch!

2 lands in the barrel put up less resistance to the pellet in passing, while giving it the spin to stabilize, that reduces the power required to pass the barrel resistance, quite ingenious! i wonder if this will find it's way to powder fired guns?

  • Nice gun !

    5*****

  • OMFG HOW DARE YOU SHOOT FLIES :O

    :P

  • Nice video , thx for it

  • Ted - I like your videos. The design is bad ass. the exposed valve, external hammer. pivoting breach. Which pellet does this like? Seems like many LW barrels like the JSBs. Curious if it is the same with this barrel. Tom

  • @MrTominct Yep - that's right, Tom. JSB's are the favorite. If you click "Show more" just above the comments, all the info will drop down for ya. :) ted

  • Hi Ted, nice Video as usual from you. great gun, but why the exposed hammer ?

looks a bit of the old wild west.....Ha Ha.. no seriously it was good to watch.

  • nice video.....superrr

  • Fantastic Ted thanks for sharing I will be looking out tor the fly shooting video my friends and I have done that it is great fun!

    ATB GM

  • Great review Ted.

I want that barrel. :) My Weatherby Vangard has 3 rifling, and its an extremely consistent performer.

I can see that barrel sealing much better around the pellet which translates to consistent pressure.

Are the JSB the only pellet you tried?

  • Tremendous video ─ and strikingly detailed as always.

  • excellent gun and very very nice presentation

  • OMG DUDE - im in MN - and i wanna go shoot some flys with ya!!!!! what you think??!!

  • thank you very much for uploading another video. Iv been waiting so long.

  • fly hunting will be the shit! Im not gonna miss this one..who makes that barrel with the 2 lands?

  • Nice...!

  • loved it keep em commin!

  • Great review again Ted but what a strange rifle! It appears to be ultra-modern in some respects, yet quite antiquated in others.

How does the ‘lock-time’ compare to a normal bolt and how much does it weigh? It looks very heavy and unbalanced.

  • hi ted nice vid as usual, nice gun still prefer the matador, in the process of getting the multi mag for the matador will let you know how it goes when it arrives. as for the whingers and whiners dont let them bother you mate they have a choice not to watch hunting vids, but they are spiteful and like to cause a ruckus

  • first look and I said Wow! ,but the loading system is too starnge for me :(

    nice video as always! Regards!

  • Nice review and video :) Airwolf's turn!

  • holy shit!! i like that gun

  • too long

  • Really nice gun!

  • plz we need more of hunting video plz man you are awesome Shooter

    thanks..

  • Are you going to use domed or hollow points on those flies? Because you know one will do more damage than the other :)

All kidding aside. Great video as usual, and superb gun.

  • beautiful guns ....

  • Fantastic review as usual. Thanks for your job! 5/5

  • the two grooves look trippy!

but less rifleing isnt new! i have an 1878 .45-70 that has only 4 lands and grooves

and after 133 years it still shoots great!

by the way whats the limit on flys? and do you fry or bake them?

  • What pellet, what speed and power ? I suspect low power and speed and that's why the accuracy ain't bad.

  • great vid 5/5

  • oh...wow..lol..^O^

  • love ur vids more hunting 1s plz

  • "you have no hart! shooting flys don't you care about there families"... lol

great review on that beast of airgun, educative as ever...

    best regards

    sercout

  • OMG!

  • That thing is huge.
