My friend said the same thing about this Z32 TT, I never understood that because it is a front engine rear wheel car, it should be easy to drift. I have a NSX, now that thing is hard as hell to drift because it is mid engine. I guess you just have to know how to do it because Tsuchiya doesn't seem to have problems drifting it. Plus NSX is not designed for drifting, it is designed for grip, that's why it is mid engine, better balance and more weight on the driving wheels.

Weight distribution/enough HP/suspension are essential..

A 50/50-car evens out faster than a car with both the engine and gearbox in front, or back.

I've yet to try to drift a car with the engine and gearbox in the back, but I can speak from experience(to some degree) for front engine and gearbox-placement and 50/50's..

I'm not a good drifter, but the car does make a difference, if you are looking to >maintain< a drift, and not just powerslide a corner. :)
