I need to do a tutorial on how I did that. It was simple. You know those 6volt flashlights you can buy for 5 bucks at walmart. Well I gutted one and took the reflector out, then I glued the lens back in with rtv silicone. I used a household sponge as a shock damper to hold the camera in place. Bingo bango bongo and you have a cheap waterproof camera housing. It has a handle and it's super simple to just bungie cord it to the steps. see ya!
