@jp3711nc1 Ron Paul blames US government's foreign policy for 9/11, not American's per-se. When the government is wrong it does not mean that the people are wrong. Iran has issues with the policies of the Israeli/US "regimes", not an issue with the ethnicity/etc. of the people in Israel/USA; e.g. Iran has a recognized Jewish minority and Iranian Jews are proud of their Iranian heritage. The US/etc. want regime change in Iran and are using the nuclear issue like WMD in Iraq.
That is .... distract people by just scaring them. Americans should be thinking about fixing problems at home like their current financial crisis, corrupt politicians, less freedom due to patriot act, NDAA, TSA at airports, Federal Reserve, etc. rather than trying to start problems with countries thousands of miles away.

We all suffer periods of stupidity (i.e. lack of reason) during our lives be it from hyper-active emotions, lack of knowledge, consumption of alcohol/drugs/medicines/etc. The goal is to reduce the instances in which we are stupid and gaining knowledge helps to do this. While Ron Paul attempts to educate from a fundamental point of view, others tend to dictate using popagandist well-liked stances.
