You could get entirely different results by using a population of calorie restrictors.

I didn't do a high tech study, I didn't chemically or microscopically break anything down; but I will say, from 11 years of experience, that diet soda DOES help lose weight. In all honesty, all that it takes is will power. Diet soda makes you eat more yadda yadda yadda.. Diet soda + Less Eating + Working out = Weight Loss. That's all there is to it.

It is great that you have posted this information. Drinking this toxic beverage absolutely and totally made me feel incredibly lethargic, as though all the life force inside me was being drained. It is for this reason and the various other damaging effects of aspartame that I stopped drinking it. I can say that I feel 100 percent better and more vitalized since I have stopped drinking diet pepsi and coke.
Xylitol IS a natural sweetener and it helps reverse cavities!
If you want a good sweetener try agave nectar instead of cane sugar. Much lower on the glycemic index plus it's about one and a half time sweeter than sugar!
