This is not the time nor is it the place to pass judgement on anyone. Two lives have been taken away and obviously we're all very distraught. I'm sorry but there are pictures of brandon drinking, not tony. It is very obvious that drinking and driving is what impacted this very tragic situation. Rest in peace to both and hopefully teens will learn that drinking and driving can be a lot more severe than you think.
