usacomputertec.....Did you know that these nigeria scammers are using fake spoof emails, that look very simular to paypal? I receive them all the time, and they usually tell you the item is for a relative, and they also offer to pay more than what is stated on your auction. Its a scam! And Paypal dont GIVE A DAMN, about the seller. Plus Paypal is owned by Ebay, but Ebay always make it seem as if they are 2 seperate companys. But I hope you got this issue settled. Whats the update?

I know who is Kattie. She is an Indian in India who has gone through extensive training to speak like "white" woman and assumed an English name. She taking all the shits we, angry Paypal members, throw at her the whole day for very little pay but she has little choice...

When you call in said you already called earlier and the management team is handle your case or something like that... after you get transfer, you may be talking to the real person in the US then you can kick his/her ass.

Once again, let me just remind everyone. Take matters up with your credit card company, or your bank. PayPal (and eBay) do not care.

Transactions across state lines are covered under federal trade and banking laws, so let the law work for you. This individual isn't telling us or the people on the recording the whole story, so we can't really know exactly what happened, but it's irrelevant. Don't bother with PayPal or eBay customer service. Any trouble, call your CC or bank first.

Um, this guy isn't really telling us the whole story. We don't really know why the original transaction went bad.

We can assume that the 'buyer' in Indonesia applied for a non received item credit. You'd think they'd know better by now. Nigeria, Indonesia, etc. are known for running scams. For expensive items, only ship to North America. You can check this option when listing your auction. This guy need to not argue with PayPal, they don't care.

Call the FEDERAL BANKING COMISSION.
