Not at all, only those like their leader and those loyal to him. Unlike most sci fi movies and shows in which aliens are all 100 percent bad (Independence day comes to mind) this tv series showed there are good visitors too. Also there's a lot of bad humans too, all the collaborators and those that accept the visitors control.

@PaddySnuffles That's exactly what I meant by my earlier comment. Independence Day DID indeed homage or ripoff the original V however you want to look at it with the ships hovering over the cities. Frankly V is better.
