  • I <3 STACY WESTFALL!!!! SHE IS MY IDOL!

  • Those aren't "pinned ears" that's a horse that is paying GREAT attention to it's handler, sheesh!

  • @rescuefire My horse's ears go back when she's listening to quite a degree, but they're not flat on her head consistently. Do realize that others are entitled to their observations.

  • @dragonfly1030 sure opinions are great! Rude criticism is not.

  • @rescuefire What is rude about "hardcore pinned ears." "Hardcore" is illustrating the degree of angle of the pinned ears, and the ears are, in fact, pinned. Perhaps, due to my complete lack of reiner training, I'm not used to seeing a horse with ears pinned to this degree. Therefore, it does not appear to be a content facial expression on the equine. While we're on the topic of rude...and how rude you are being, given that this is my video...welcome to the block list. :)

  • why do people say poor horses when if truley the horse didnt want to do they wouldnt?i meen seriously

  • ((((((((((((((PLEASE READ )))))))))))))))Roxy doesn't like that long lasting spur pressure, horses love the release of pressure and Roxy is just spinning and spinning and she doesn't know how to release that pressure until the rider says woah. Roxy doesn't like long lasting pressure, she wonders, man I'm just spinning and spinning and she doesn't release me. Once finished she's like AAWW. That's natural though, ROXY is just wonderful.

  • I love Roxy & Stacy!!!!

  • My horse has to swish her tail when she spins. Probably keeps her on balance. My mare's ears are always pinned back when I have her working - I think it's her game face. :)

  • Stacy Westfall is amazing!

  • you ahve really good ballance and i noticed that as your spinning your looking to the way your going! Thats the way to do it!!!

  • did anyone else besides me notice that that horse had its ears glued to its head and its tail swishing like crazy? i'd say that horse was full of attitude.... good rider though..

  • the reason the horse's ears were glued to her head and her tail was swishing so much was mostly due to the rider. if you look at how stacy is cueing the horse to spin, she sticks her spur in her side and never lets off, she sticks it harder and harder as the horse spins. typically when you spin you should bump with the spur to start but the horse should only stop when you say whoa.

  • I LOVE Stacy Westfall and that beautiful horse that she rides.

I laugh everytime she spins though, because that mare always lays her ears back!!

  • your really good at that!

  • amazinggg.

  • Impressive, the horse doesn't look very happy though.

  • Agreed...those are some hardcore pinned ears.

  • yeah. the ears are pinned, tail is swishing, but i dont know what COULD be bothering her. its like she has the reins too tight, or is smacking her with a whip. lol. then again she is mare...

  • I don't think it's mad, it just might not like spinning that much, its a very happy horse, saw it on the ellen show xD

  • Most horses i've seen who do that in videos look like that - could it be because they are listening to the rider and concentrating? I don't know...

  • YES, the horse isn't pissed, that is how they all performe! i have been showing horses for 13 years and that horse is very talented!!! i give her an A++++

  • mmm..i wouldn't say they all perform like that he's not the happiest about it. His ears are pinned and his tale is wringing. But he does an awesome job anyway even if he isn't super happy about it.
