I was in a similar situation a few years back. Some young punks decided that, for some reason or another, they were going to chase me. In Canada, guns are illegal, so the only option I had was to put show those punks how a Chevy handles while I called 911 on the cell. Unfortunately, they are now enacting laws that make using a cell illegal while driving, so now Canadians not only won't be able to legally protect themselves in such a situation, but they are also barred from calling for help!

The second amendment is not about self defense. This clause is clear. The people have the right to bear arms not guns, whatever arms it takes to defend themselves from the federal government. Repealing the second amendment would be difficult if not impossible. As was shown this summer DCs CCW restrictions were found to be unconstitutional and I fully expect that states like Illinois and Wisconsin will be challenged as well. While this video may be either fake or real, I know from experience that it is a realistic situation. I have had numerous family members and friends who have been in similar situations to this. Some guy who wants to act all big and bad follows them and then either attempts to harm or threatens them.
