Good info, well defined...the thing about viral marketing is you can't really say whether or not it'd be a hit...a lot of companies are trying too hard and is it just about awareness? how does awareness generate sales/money? The most viewed video on youtube that has 134 million hits, well I'm sure they haven't generated any money from that apart from it being a hit!
