Jason is truly talented. Before I saw any of his videos, I thought the violin was alright. After I saw them, though, it's actually become one of my favorite instruments to listen to, and I'm hopefully learning in the future.
His facial expression at 8:53 is one of the nicest that shows passion in what he does and in the feel of the music. He inspires me and I admire him. ^^

Hes just playing some long notes in 1st position, no bow technique. He has no skill to speak of except for vibrato, which you learn by about your 2nd year of playing. Anyone can do what hes done, theres no ingenuity whatsoever.

It's about the sound, the music, and the feeling you get from listening to it. The music he plays is obviously very beautiful.
