Just in case you want to REALLY look it up, his real name is Steve Burns and he's in a band or at least was, called Steve Burns and the Struggle with Steven Drozd of the Flaming Lips. Try Googling him and read actual articles and interviews with him or at least ACTUALLY read what wikipedia says instead of just one sentence about his hair.
