Bush did this dozens of time, so did Clinton, ect. ect. All presidents have done that at one time or another. @xinecallaw What I REALLY don't like about Obama is he's enslaving future generations with debt like most other presidents during our life. He's approved of bailing out banks, pushed more young adults into the military to pay their student loans in illegal wars/continued illegal use of the national guard leaving many mental physcopaths and Obamacare which is sick care (with death panel-like care deciders) and is a front to tax all small business owners out of business who can't afford to insure
