  • honda cant u tell

  • So which one won?

  • Lol i think ken was a little nervous around Ms. Munroe

  • hey i got an 08 cbr600rr graffiti edition and it tops out at 155mph stock, is there a reason for that cause i see a lot of videos with bikes with power commanders and exhaust that top out at like 178mph whats up with that?

  • @dk2003gt I have the 08 cbr 600RR graffiti as well and you're wrong. It tops out at 165 mph stock and still wants to go faster. I tested it.

  • @misterhookerx3

well i guess theres something wrong with my bike cause i cant get it past 155 i tested it plenty of times and same result. unless my speedometer is off or something, and now i got a slip on and no change either

  • @dk2003gt Your speedo might be off. The specs say 165 top speed. Try getting a buddy to ride next to you and see what his speedo says when you top out.

  • @misterhookerx3

yea ill try that, but also does yours hit the rev limiter in 6th? mine only hits about 8 or 9k rpms it wont reach the rev limiter

  • @dk2003gt Yes like I said it hits 165 (It's governor setting) and still has a lot of power band left. I think it's around 8 or 9, so yes.

  • @dk2003gt Also, most of these bikes that hit 178 have their governors disabled. If you disable yours it will top out at a higher speed. Especially with a PC or JB.

  • @misterhookerx3

well imma have to do that then, andy idea on how to disable the govenor?

  • @dk2003gt I think it has to be chipped to disable it.Never done it before on a bike so not sure. Sorry

  • Suck-Oh-Yeah Monroe! Have you ever wondered how this bitch got this job? Take a guess! These little 600 cc bikes are perfect beginner bikes. They are slow enough to not hurt the young ladies that would like to get into motorcycles, or for the 16-19 year olds that have never ridden before.

  • @Tophairybutt I would rather ride a 600RR than a 1000RR for it's better handling. You can take corners faster on the 600

  • i luv it....

  • 600rr FTW!!! I love my 04

  • my only complaint on this bike is the extremely aggressive brakes. other than that its incredible

  • this is the best bike i don't know why people like the R6 it just looks good it has no midrage and riding in the street sucks

  • These bikes are 95% track oriented. They are intended for track use primarily. The majority of riders couldn't even come close to riding any of the current 600's to their full potential.

  • amazing that torque to do the whellies, just pure madness...

  • sonofgolf-i tottaly agree:))nice comm btw:P

  • this is the greatest bike known to man

  • midrange is the mid RPM range, like 6500 RPMs to about 9500 RPMs is midrange rpms.

  • whats midrange. im new to bike i know im retarded.

  • @VampireHeart117 u probably got the answer by now since it was a while ago but it means the rpm, low range is near and a little above idle, high range is near redline and mid range is in between. that term isnt just for bikes so i dont know how u never heard that before lol but thats wat it means

  • you'll never know lol

  • Ive done an endo on my back wheel once when unloading my bike

  • Comment removed

  • You fucktard replying to a 6 month old comment. I was unloading my bike backwards and locked the rear up, resulted in a rear wheel endo! or maybe you could call it a wheelie but I was moving backwards.

  • Comment removed

  • like all these good brands are from japan lol they must be really good at making them.

  • picking up mine today. = ]

  • Woot woot!

  • good on ya man!!

  • which one????????

  • DAMN right! honda all the way son

  • 2008 cbr600rr win 1st 2nd 3rd in Supersport World Championship, and is going to win them this year.

  • ya i got one, def. my first choice outa the jap bikes

  • I'd have to say that there is a reason the 08 R6 review has way more views.........pry cuz it's sex on wheels and you either have one or you prey you'll get one someday

  • the R6 isn't as good as CBR600rr...honda has better control, stability, more mid-power range and better comfort...the R6 is oriented for race tracks...and since less than 5% of the bikers take their bikes on the track...Honda all the way

  • I'm 5'4", am I too short for this?

  • you could probably get it lowered

  • Ooooh...will lowering it make it's corning better too?

  • I don't know about that

  • No you limit your lean angle because you have a lower ground clearance.

  • Oh, damn.

  • im 6 ft 6 is it too small for me ?

  • you would be miserable on it

  • HONDA!!

  • lol, at 1:06 shes like wtf d00d just stoled my microphone

  • lol yea

  • A friend of mine rode my 08 600rr, he has a 05zx10r and said that my bike has not power, like its flat with no engine, so i told him to you know lol

  • take your clothes off Ms.Munroe

  • agree get them off now please :)

  • @murlum love to titty fcuk her...

  • tell them all to be more specific!

    especially ken. lol geez

  • holy shit fuck the bike...we want to see more of her.

  • dam right

  • i bought a 08 honda cbr 600 rr and it is deff worth getting even if it it is ur first bike very easy to learn on as long as ur not a jack ass and try doing wheelies ur first 2 weeks deff buy for any first time rider wanting to learn to ride a sport bike.

  • agreed, i started on an 08 600rr. put 4500 miles on it before winter without a single incident. but im not a fuck tard. if you are the risk taking kind this bike will make a fool of you. any sport bike will for that matter

  • your hot. i mean the bike but you are to

  • im a beginner, and i would like to buy that cbr600rr 2k8,its that a good choice for my first bike? thanks guys

  • it is a really really supersportbike it wount be the best choose for the first bike.

  • ide reccomend a honda type or yamahas most of them are reliable so they're good to re-sell

  • get a 125 and ride around on that for several months then think about the bigger bikes but if you insist on a cbr600 as your first bike despite the guy saying in this video it has the fastest mid-range for a 600 then don't forget to sign up for that organ-donor-program.

As for me - This CBR600 RR is THE bike to get!! I'm still about 3000 pounds away from getting it :(

  • the guy who said r 6 is better i own one and my buudy owns this and.. the r6 i thot wasnt as good i love the gears on it like they said and the front end is to short for me thow i ride agresive and i like stunt riding and need it longer that is why i got r6 .. but if i just rode for fun and speed i would get this bike....

  • YAMAHA R6 is better!

  • Please dude lol CBR>R6 any time anywhere.

  • how would you know? you own niether. fucking squid, get back on your moped

  • I would no for two reasons. A. I have done a very simple thing called research, something you clearly have no concept of. B. I have ridden both of these bikes owned by friends.

  • no=know* type-o .

  • @kj7687 why do you say that? Just curious, i'm planning to buy a 600(doing license atm) but i'm not an expert so i'm trying to get more information i can.

  • @Margalus89 Well the CBR is more reliable than the R6, less high maintenance, better mid-range power, more comfortable, and at least as fast.

  • @kj7687 and what about the sound and the design? I feel, even though i didn't hear it that good, that the CBR has a waaay softer sound and its design is more.."unpersonal" meaning too generic.

    What do you think?

  • @Margalus89 Well I mean to each his own. I suppose I like the sound of both about the same. To me the Honda sounds more smooth and the same with the design IMO, it's smooth. Although I have to admit the R6 does LOOK good. Oh yea I'd say the CBR also has a better instrument cluster than the R6, which can be important for street riding.

  • @kj7687 But in the end it is of course your decision to make. So get whatever makes you happy.

  • @kj7687 still haven't compared the clusters, gonna check them out now. Thanks for the infos :)

  • @Margalus89 Np good luck.

  • @kj7687 I have 2008 R6 with 29,000 miles (I bought it new) I rode it in the rain, snow and of course dry conditions. I dont know where the fuck you got the information that the cbr is more reliable!!! But I can be sure about that the cbr 600 and the 1000 are the slowest in their class and you know that! Bottom line, treat your bike right it will treat you right back.

  • @Sneer111 It's not impossible to get semi-high-mileage out of an R6. I didn't say that. But in general, a CBR will last longer than an R6. I've gotten my information from countless hours of research and I know this to be a simple fact. And if you really think the CBR's are the slowest in their respective classes, then you really need to do a little more research yourself, end of story...

  • @kj7687 Research on the web means nothing to me and what other people tell me about bike I don't believe it. Now if you read my last massage I said clearly that I've tested all of these motorcycles in one day, yes I had the chance to ride them hard! The CBR 600 handles like the rest of the 600s and with the least HP and I could feel it being weak. The CBR 1000 handles GREAT....BUT the straight power is very weak. Put the zx10r power in the CBR 1000rr and I will be the first one to get a Honda.

  • @Sneer111 That's funny because the CBR 600RR has the highest ratings out of EVERY supersport bike overall with it's weight, handling, etc...Get your facts straight. BTW Yamaha's are for chicks,

  • @Margalus89 Get this from an experience guy that rode all 600 and 1000. Go seat and feel which bike fits you the best and looks the best to you and get it.

  • @Sneer111 thanks i'll guess i'll try CBR and R6 only since these bike are the only ones i totally like in look :)

  • @Margalus89 Yamaha's are for chicks bro

  • @misterhookerx3 why do you say that? Just curious, i can't get that..i thought it was the contrary since the R6 is higher than the other 6's

  • @Sneer111 Hey....That's true and I totally agree with u. I don't think anyone commenting here will ever get 100% out of any of these bikes anyway..lol

"I personally felt really good with the honda..

  • @kj7687 My 2010 Ducati 985 > all other bikes "lol" no joke

  • not according to the majority of people. I like the R6 a whole lot, but my problem with it is it takes forever to get to the power and the ergos are really extreme. I would prefer it on the track, but with the economy, i hardly get on there. the CBR is brilliant on and off the track.

  • i don't like honda and i never have. honda is my last pick of the jap 4

  • Who cares...

  • wtf is mike a sport bike racer? He's not riding the bike right

  • Those guy's were pretty rude to that chick! one acted like she wasn't there and the other wouldn't look at her?

  • uhh on the SBK supersport the world race chanpionship the HONDA won it last 6 years. and so far this year the HONDA 600RR has won 8 first places the Yamaha 2, Suzuki, Kawasaki and triumph 0. The US championship its just for rokies, not yet a big deal.

  • rookies? WTF??? i guess ben spies is a rookie then isn't he. your an obvious squid

  • ELLDEE: What was this in response to? Sorry, just wondering why the name Ben Spies would come up on a video about a 600cc Honda? Let me know.

  • some jackass said that the u.s. racing league is for rookies and not yet a big deal. he obviously doesn't know shit

  • Did any of you actually watch this video??

  • Shows how smart you are. Its the rider, not the bike dumbass. You cant go wrong with any of the "big 4" 600s, including honda. It just depends on which body style you like.

  • There's a bit more difference between them than that, but yes they are very close.

  • weak ? what are you comparing it to ? cbr600=heaven

  • really? then why has no one won a championhip on one in the u.s. in SIX YEARS. hmmm? honda sucks. largest manufacturer in the world yet they cannot win a championship on their junk bikes

  • 2004-2008 honda has won AMA Formula Extreme with Miguel Duhamel, Josh Hayes, and Jake Zemke. Also, in world SuperSport, honda has won since 2004. Maybe do a little research before you give the CBR600RR shit. You are right, Cade, they didn't win ONE championship. They won 10 with the CBR600RR. 2004 FX 2005 FX 2006 FX 2007 FX 2008 FX 2004 SS 2005 SS 2006 SS 2007SS 2008 SS
  • The 600RR won the 2003 World Supersport title with Chris Vermeulen. Also in 2002, the previous version CBR 600f - won the title in the hands of Fabien Foret.

This year they'll win again - with Kenan Sofuoglu back aboard the 600RR.

  • ok, even if he is (which I wouldn't have known since his post was deleted because he is an asshole)

how about 2007 CBR1000RR in World Superbike? The name James Toseland bring any hints?

I won't argue that Honda's racing history isn't as glorious as it used ot be in the last decade, but you have to remember Honda CBR's are outselling all other sportbikes, barring the Gixxer 1000 until 2008. There's a reason for that, and it's not because the bike is cheaper in anyway. Hell, it's the most expensiv

  • no, Suzuki outsells honda in literbikes, not all classes. Honda has the highest sales of 600's and is gaining on Suzuki with the new CBR and new GSXR. I know a thing or two about Honda, my father is an executive for the motorcycle division of america.

  • you have no clue what your talking about young boy.

  • at least I have proof that I know something about riding in my videos... what the hell do you have? if you want people to believe you, at least show that you are a rider, and have better come backs than "you have no clue what you are talking about".

  • Comment removed

  • you are in your 30's and are arguing with me as well. just because I brought up a good point and you realize it doesnt make me retarded, dumbass. and what the hell? a little kid? sure, im young, but 20 isn't a kid. at least I have a passion for riding and do my best to make sure im a good rider. next time you call someone a retard for arguing online, make sure you arent doing it yourself.

  • Comment removed

  • haha, ok, chill out, christ. if you didn't want to hear my shit you shouldn't have even started with all of the "young boy" and "kid" comments. you seem like the one that should "grow up".

  • you tell the kid to stop talking shit online but yet your dumbass still keeps responding. and suzuki blows. get over it.

  • special Olympics is for handicap people not retards. lmao

  • CadeMcnown1 + a herd of cattle = beistalty

  • wow i'd rather drive a beige minivan than that pathetic excuse for a motorcycle. i'd take a shit on it, but i'd feel too sorry for the turd

  • HAHAHAHAHHAHAHA

  • The CBR6 is the best 6 hundo out there, it's not arguable, it just is.

  • youtube is for grownups 18yr. old little boy

  • WOW!!

For the first time, that guy didnt say it lacks top end power.Everytime he gives a report,he says it lacks it.

  • from wat im hearin from those guys

the honda n yamaha mid range is the best this year?

  • Yeah they have the dyno chart on Motousa's site shootout article.

  • Man this music gets really annoying after you've tried to watch each of the 2008 Supersport reviews from motousa! Nice reviews though. I hope to see more critical reviews in the future!

  • lol, yeah huh nice bike

  • but actually toseland isn't reaaly washed up, he is in gp finally

  • umm... well i do know a lot about bike racing. all the riders in WSBK. are the ones who either couldn't make it in gp or couldn't even get on a team in the first place. read up on it

  • wtf are you talking about WSBK is completely diffierent to motogp, just because u ride WSBK doesnt mean u didnt get into gp idiot

  • shut your fucking mouth, it's obvious you dn't know shit about bikes. You ever even rode one SQUID?

  • i hav a cbr600rr track bike and an R1, you say i ovbiously dnt know shit when ur the one making statments like wsbk is only for those who dnt get into motogp, u base that on what? the thing that is obvious is ur lack of intelligence as the only reply u can think of is to swear at me

  • i don't give a rat's ass what you ride motherfucker

  • why ask if i ride then, its not even worth the argument really is it mate, id probaly get a better conversation from that rat's ass u refer too

  • me too

  • Now i don't know a whole lot about motorcycle racers, but i doubt you can just be "washed up" within a year of winning a major championship. Professional Boxing maybe, MMA, yeah after a big fight and a lot of blows, being washed up is possible. But racing a motorcycle? C'mon..

  • toseland= WASHED UP

  • WAT U RIDE?

  • fuck you!

  • I had suzuki K7 and it was peace of shet...lack of power.... So I have bought Honda cbr 1000rr 06 and its go fucking great ...

  • Hey! i feel you on that! i got a CBR 1000RR 06 and that thing is FIRE!!!

  • love the cbr:D:D

  • hasn't the fireblade been underpowered in previous years compared to the gixxer, r6 and ninja? cannot decide which one to buy second hand..

  • the thing about the CBR is that the bike is so smooth that at times you don't feel the power! but the bike is the best if you ask me. get that 1000RR. very comfortable

  • my R6 romps all over the hondas on the track

  • WHO CARES WHO WINS THE SHOOTOUT! honda hasn't won a championship in six years.junk

  • What are you talking about? Nicky Hayden became world champion in 2006 on a Honda. Everyone who rides knows a Honda is the best handling street bike out there.

  • the hell r u tlkin about... cant buy one of those? its a fuckin cbr 600rr... they are in every honda shop in america... i sat on one today... my 07 is the same as the 08...

  • i'm talking about GP bikes dumbass shut the fuck up

  • dude ur such a duchbag shut the hell up u twat u i would be suprised if ur bitch ass could ride a huffy. why the hell would u be talking about the gp bikes this vids about production street bikes so u probaly just started talking out ur ass & tried to play it off because ur a fuckin retard

  • Its not a GP bike you fucking idiot...its just a regular 600RR; one that you could buy at any Honda motorcycle dealership. Learn your shit before you start posting on here, pretending that you know something about these bikes.

  • You are an idiot McNown1, James Toseland won the world superbike just last year on a CBR 1000rr. Go back to riding your quad inbred hick fag boy. I bet you dont know the difference between WSBK and motoGP either.

  • WAT U RIDE?

  • Speaking from experience McNown the Clown? Its highly likely that you ride your dad's pecker more than anything else haha.

  • Lol thats hilarious

  • Err...you do realize that the Honda CBR600RR has won every world supersport championship since its inception in 2003, right?

  • great video...great bike...i love them all japan go!!!

  • Very nice bike :)

  • looking foward to my honda soon... love the bike.

  • which on won the shootout?

  • there all are about the same except for the ducati
