This only works in the earliest released US version of the game. In the next update, this glitch was fixed. Also, you don't have to use the grappling hook to hang from the ledge; you can just hang from side of the stage.

The european version of the game. While in the EEUU is the NTCS version(I think), Europe has the PAL version.

I´m not sure, but i think that the8y remove glitches from the latest versions(Europe usually gets the games later than the rest of the world) So that´s why most glitches in the American version doesn´t work on the European version.

I think it only works if you throw the boomerang hard and not soft (smash B instead of forward B). Maybe that's it.

there was an original version of the game and a little while after they made the "collectors edition" aka the pal version it says PAL somewhere on the game disc. There are a bunch of minor differences ilke shieks arial attacks were weakened and thsi glitch was removed.
