quick question i never had a model crane b4 some is it heavy and big?

Congrats!! it is definately a great model, i love my 18000, only problem with them are the drums. i dont know how many times ive taken mine apart and set it up in different configurations lol, glad to see you got one! sucks twh didnt make the ext kit in the painted versions, one reson why i got the red version, plus im not big on liveried models any way. hope you enjoy the new model! one of the best models out there!!

@cranedude07 Thanks! I absolutely hate twh's drums, it was bad enough with the 16000! I am glad I finally ended up getting one, it is a pain that twh only made the red extension kit but I guess I don't really mind repainting them, its good to have the red version though. Since I liked the blue and the only other one available was was the Aguado, I went with Lampson. Assembling it will be lots of fun lol, haven't had any time yet with work in the way :P

@rabbitsmeller400 they are starting to get better with the drums now haha, hopefully theres no issues with the 31000! they told me that they redesigned them so theres no problems, thank god lol. i like the blue also, i didnt get it though as i knew i would get the ext kit and i didnt want to repaint it lol. thats why i stick with the basic factory color versions, the liveried versions cost more and are a hassle for extra parts. eh, assembling it is the fun part haha, just take your time.

@cranedude07 Thank god lol, as for the 31000, I won't be getting that one anytime soon haha. The blue stands out a lot though. I try and do the same and stick to basic factory colors, but in this situation I had no choice lol. I have all day tomorrow to assemble it, will be making a stop motion witch will take even longer, I really don't want to assemble it and then take it apart just to make the stop motion haha.
