i have the same problem with my EVO 3D.. sadly i have no time to goto sprint with classes going on.. FML i dont even bother to touch the phone anymore.

im having this same problem and i got the phone only 2 and half weeks ago :/ im went thru bestbuy and bought there "$10 month protection plan" ill get unlimited claims so im going this weekend to get a new one. hopefully my new one wont have the same problem or im going to really hate getting a new evo3d ever 2 weeks or so
