  • it's been 4 years since you posted this so idk. but ill offer help anyway. just kick harder, keep your legs straighter, and have a distinct shape of a very defined V the whole time around. bending your legs does nothing but suck up the momentum u preciously need haha

  • i am no expert or anything, im still trying to learn how to do a windmill. I think what you did there at the end was a forearm windmill. Instead of using the stab, you used your forearm. I could be wrong though. It looks good.

  • Land on your upper portion from should to shoulder. Thats all you need help on. It will keep you higher and build momentum. Just like a backspin, you dont spin on lower back, upper back gives speed on it.

  • dude just watch ur face lol ur like a cm away from hitting ur face i suggest face gear

  • you're going into them perfectly! just hold your shape. the way to get the elevation to go thru again is (in your case) digging your right heel into the wind behind you (as soon as you go in), this will lift you, keep forcing that heel back (holding shape) and you'll also pick up speed, most common problem is not being high enough on your back but you're textbook! hope i helped, your mills are gonna be shweeeet!

  • avaoid bending your legs any unless you really need to. I'm just getting started, thats what I fixed so my swing can improve

  • The only improvent to get perfect mills would be to get them higher. take it up to your upper back only.

  • those are actually pretty good mills I gues.. it just needs practice to do more mills and clean, my advice: (although im not a master of windmill) keep your legs straight by stretching your toes, and kick twice in 1 spin, so what I am trying to say: Kick with your left leg from freeze to your back and then kick with your right leg back to your freeze etc etc to create momentum. keep on the good work!
