you need to be careful with the meds, if you're not careful they will fuck you up worse. you cannot get off of most medications quickly, you need to take them regularly (as a doctor says) and you need to lower the doses until you can ween off them if you decide to try something else. but medications will greatly effect your mindset, you need some time to think in other, more relaxing places.
well damn dude, you're messing with the chemicals in your brain. no wonder you feel so depressed. seek professional help (a doctor) if it ever gets this bad again. for real, depression is a bitch. i missed out on a few years of my life because of it. you gotta stop being sad and focus that energy towards some goals, and once you reach those goals you'll love that feeling of accomplishment. trust me. control it, dont let it control you you know?
I always found medication alone doesn't do much for me.You should look into therapy too.I always say, I've been on meds so long I don't know if I would be better off on them or off them
Now you know better! I read that expiration date.... I don't want something to happen to you. You don't know what they might do to you. Hopefully they lost their potency, and it'll be like taking aspirin. You have to be careful when it comes to any type of medication.
I hate to take medicine too and I have taken expired stuff a lot. I'm too cheap to buy the good stuff. Call the Dr. tomorrow and get an appointment. That would be a good thing in the right direction.
Don't be stupid....I think you are aware that taking 3 year old medication won't help anything...go to a doctor and get more, because not taking any is clearly not working for you..
expired or not, take it... expired medication is better then no medication, when you need it.

We supposed to take lexapro once a day.
I took three pills that night.
I'm suprised I haven't throw up.

Lexapro expired in 2006.
I felt like I didn't need them at that time.
