hmmm, let's think about this - the Clyde is fairly tidal at the ferry crossing, the slips are truncated and at low tide leave a bit of a gap between the slope and the river bed, the tidal effects wash up everything from condoms to whole tree trunks..... oh, and the subsidy is being removed so the fare will shoot up..... might buy a ticket or two for a cup final I suppose? a wee five star overnight in a nice hotel for the executives of SPT?
