  • I said WAR! huh What is it good for?

  • FGTH was a remarkable spectacle, enveloped in the presentation of commericalism, but actually a rather subversive construct influenced through Trevor Horn's reading of Situationism.

  • still fit is holly johnson.

  • This is pretty awesome, pure cheese..

  • Brian <3 Mark <3

  • WAR !!! with the love train ? lol

  • sometimes i think paul is the coolest of them.

    he moves so smooth...

isnt he the best dancer around?

  • Holly is a charmer.

  • HUH!

  • woow. i have heard a lot of different versions of this song but this one is new to me. thanks!!

  • FGTH was presented to America as a product, disposable pop hyped by commercialism. Then this product was disposed of like any good trash. Truth was FGTH had some mean streaks of talent and originality. To me FGTH was an art project so profound it resembled a shooting star in a most immaculate night sky , only to be gone in a flash. Part shame the star had to fall, but privileged to stand a witness

  • Di you all catch Frankie's version of War in the movie Toys, with Robin Williams? I was extremely pleased to hear it way back when.

  • Proper old school. Class.

  • this is old school

    Wot a tune! love it

  • This is live!

  • Does anyone remember the Australian Rules Football that used to be on channel 4 in the late 80's/ early 90's. I'm sure the theme music was a frankie remix of some sort. sounded like a cross between War and Pleasuredome, anyone know??

  • IT WAS THE "CARNAGE MIX" OF TWO TRIBES 12XZTAS3

    AND IT WAS AMERICAN FOOTBALL

they also used to play "jewel"..the punked up version of "duel" by propaganda.

    ain't i the sad case

  • Not sad mate, nice to hear from another frankie anorake. It wasn't two tribes carnage mix though, could well have been for American football coverage but this was defo from the Ozi Rules program that used to be shown on Sunday mornings.

  • Holly Johnson to me is so underrated as an incredible male vocalist.

  • Completely agree. Music misses singers like him.

And he has style and class.

  • indeed. There's no one with a voice like his... I love it. Which i could go to a gig of them...to bad that wont ever happen :(

  • holly's voice is awesome.

  • frankie played war live on 'the tube' (tv show) worth finding that too. twas rather special.

  • Great to see that they really could play live.

  • Yeah, certainly didn't expect that. Whowouldathunkit?

  • One of my favourite tunes of this amazing group. Frankie say do it again!!!
